Return & Refund Policy – Digital Products

Thank you for shopping at Giggles Fun Learning. Because our products are digital downloads (e.g., software, e-books, templates, graphics, audio files, online courses, etc.) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of digital goods — which are non-tangible, instantly accessible, and cannot be “returned” — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete and the file(s) have been downloaded or accessed.

Order Confirmation & Access

• Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive a download link via email and/or on the order confirmation page.

• It is your responsibility to download and save the files promptly.

• Links typically expire after 48 hours for security reasons. Expired links do not qualify for refunds.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

We may consider a one-time courtesy refund or replacement only if all of the following apply:

1. The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase.

2. The file was never downloaded or accessed (verified via server logs).

3. The problem is due to a verified technical error on our end (e.g., corrupted file, wrong product delivered).

Note: Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or accidental purchase do not qualify.

If you experience problems accessing or using your digital product:

• Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

• We will resend the file, provide a new download link, or assist with compatibility — free of charge.

Unauthorized Charges or Fraud

If you did not make the purchase or believe it was fraudulent:

• Contact your payment provider (PayPal, credit card company) immediately to dispute the charge.

• Notify us so we can investigate and deactivate unauthorized access.
